However, for any reason, I continue trying it. I Need to enjoy it SO DANG BAD.

I enjoy these cookies somewhat on the undercooked side, so that I bake them for 9 or 10 minutes. If you want these to be cooked through, I'd take for 10-11 minutes.

BANANA OATMEAL COOKIES
1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 large egg
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 cup pops flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
3 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Scrape the sides of the bowl and then mix in the egg until completely incorporated. Scrape down the sides of the bowl again and add in the mashed bananas and vanilla.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Gradually add the bread mixture to the banana mixture and mix until just blended.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl and then stir to recombine.
Use a medium cookie scoop (approximately 1.5 tablespoons) to scoop the dough onto prepared cookie sheets leaving about why not check here two inches between each cookie.
Bake in preheated oven for about 9-11 minutes.
Remove cookies from the oven and gently press the shirts of each cookie with the bottom of a drinking glass. Because these cookies don't spread much, this will help give them a conventional cookie shape.
